Custom & personalized items
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
How to report an issue
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Non-custom returns
Approved non-custom returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item.
Refunds
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
